Personas / User Stories
This is the process of defining the customers your product is aimed towards and mapping out their interactions with your website. It helps us understand where your product “touches” a customer, and if possible, how they feel.
Prototyping / Wireframes
We take everything we've learned from the user stories to sketch out how your website should look. We don't typically add much colour at this stage, instead using the natural layout and flow of elements to influence desired actions.
Design / Interaction
Where things really start coming to life! We start to colour in the initial prototypes to mockup the visuals that will be used to build your website/project. If you don't already have a brand, don't worry, we can help you create one.
Development / CMS
Updating your website shouldn't be scary or difficult. We like to use Umbraco, a content management system loved for its flexibility and natural editing experience, but we can also develop with WordPress and use Magento for eCommerce. And of course, if nothing “off the shelf” makes sense, we'll build it bespoke just for you.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
This is the final phase of the build process. During UAT, your website/project is tested to make sure it can handle required tasks in real-world scenarios, according to the specifications it was built to. This validates that it is fit for purpose and ready for launch!
SEO / Marketing
We analyse your website, your target audience, and your competitors to inform our search engine optimisation campaign. We then compare this to existing analytical data and formulate a plan to adjust the content, tweak the design, and improve site health, all while carefully promoting your website online.
Ongoing Support
Many clients need assistance regularly but it can be a slow process requesting a formal quote and signing it off only to be told you must wait for the next available slot to get something done. Instead, our ongoing support services allow you to call on our time when you need it, without the formal quote-to-order process.
